Audi Q3
Book Test DriveThe new Audi Q3
Modern life is a balancing act. And the new Audi Q31 juggles it all in style, with a more spacious interior, enough SUV road presence to inspire confidence and a compact design to handle city driving. Add to that advanced connectivity, a host of cutting-edge assistance systems and a new muscular silhouette, and the new Q3 makes getting it right look effortless.
Greater presence
The new Audi Q3 has grown in virtually all dimensions. It is 97 millimetres longer and 25 millimetres wider than the first-generation Q3. One of the first things you’ll notice are the sharper lines, which give the Q3 a sportier profile when compared to its predecessor. The singleframe grille, with its octagonal design and slimmer LED headlights, are true to the latest Audi design language.
More agile
Easy to drive in town, agile on country roads, balanced on the motorway – the new Q3 is high adaptable. The Q3 handles uneven surfaces with ease thanks also to a longer wheelbase. The optional Audi Drive Select means you can change the driving characteristics of the Q3 depending on the situation or road conditions.
Lighting technology
The headlights of the new Q3 are narrow and wedge shaped. The top-of-the-range version are the Matrix LED headlights. These lights incorporate sensors and an inbuilt camera that detects other road users, as well as ambient light in built-up areas. They then react by dipping individual LEDs to reduce the risk of dazzling other road users, while still fully illuminating the remainder of the road.
