Joe Duffy Motorrad Stewarts Guide Breast Cancer Ireland M2M charity cycle
Almost 90 members of Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club in Stillorgan, Co Dublin hit the road over the June Bank Holiday starting on Wednesday 1st June until the 5th of June to complete the M2M Mizen to Malin Challenge to raise funds which will be shared between Breast Cancer Ireland and the Kilmacud Crokes Club under the watchful eyes of the joe Duffy Motorrad Stewards on their 2 x GS 1200 Adventures and 1 x R1200.
The group cycled 670km in total and raised an incredible €420k for the beneficiaries over the course of the last four events.
This year, the cycle started in Mizen Head, West Cork, and continues its way up the West Coast of the country, arriving at it's completion in Malin Head on Sunday 5th June
CEO of Breast Cancer Ireland, Aisling Hurley said of the event: “We’re thrilled that the M2M Challenge is taking place again this year, particularly after the pandemic of 2020/2021, and would urge all of our loyal Breast Cancer Ireland Ambassadors, Patient Supporters, Volunteers and local residents of the towns and villages along the route to come out and show support for the brave cyclists as they pass by your door over the June Bank Holiday weekend"
Our three stewards, send us loads of photos of their bikes throughout the trip and we'd like to thank them for taking part and keeping an eye on the 90+ cyclists that undertook the M2M Challenge this year.
