A customer-centric role, you will be trained on how to deliver and exceed our service customer expectations. You will be trained on all our digital and online systems which have all been designed to make our customer experience more efficient and enjoyable. With a clear set of service standards, during your apprenticeship you will be mentored and developed to succeed.
Is this apprenticeship for you?
A team player with a passion for customer service, you will handle all customer queries on service repairs, including communicating with them about their repair work needed and explaining our vehicle health check reports. You will be part of the internal aftersales team and will be liaising with the workshop and parts departments to have the right information and timelines for your customers. 98% of our apprentices stay on and further develop to senior service advisor, service controller or and aftersales manager
Salary
Earn while you learn and qualify in 6-12 months as a service advisor with an opportunity to earn up to €25,000 per annum when qualified, plus benefits, including bike to work scheme and VHI employee assistance programme membership
